⚖️ Will Trump Release the Epstein Files in Public?
Strange, strange things have been happening around the Epstein files.
After months of the public clamoring to see the Epstein files, the DOJ and FBI have now released a new memo affirming that there is no “Epstein client list”. As a result, prediction markets have caught a whirlwind.
On Polymarket, traders now don’t believe that the Epstein files will be made public in 2025. As of July 8, 2025, Polymarket traders are only giving a 15% probability to this market.

📰 What’s the Latest?
It’s not just that they denied the existence of the Epstein client list.
Both the DOJ and the FBI also confirmed that there’s no evidence of blackmail by powerful figures and that Epstein’s death was a suicide, as supported by surveillance footage.
Despite the DOJ’s findings, Elon Musk trolls President Trump with a post about the Epstein case, continuing the feud between the former allies.
Oh, and it was a troll for the ages.
But kidding aside, this DOJ memo could result in opposing extremes. If there’s no smoking gun “client list”, Trump may actually be more willing to release additional materials. Releasing them might not lead to big consequences if they truly don’t contain any explosive blackmail evidence.
On the other hand, what would Trump gain from releasing files that aren’t important anymore? We’ll continue monitoring the happenings, but don’t be surprised if this market becomes dead silent sooner or later. 😶

🪙 How High Will Ethereum Get This Year?
Now, let’s talk crypto, specifically Ethereum.
Following big moves from company treasuries, Kalshi traders are buzzing on Ethereum’s potential this year. ETH’s price is hovering around $2,5660.60 today, but the Kalshi people are hoping it could increase to these price ranges:
$4K or above: 38%
$4.5K or above: 35%
$5K or above: 27%
Anything below these options is capturing minimal attention, so you could say that people are bullish on ETH’s breakout in 2025.

Technical charts show ETH forming a bullish flag, with potential upside targets around $3400.
It gets even better, too.
Bit Digital, a public company, has completed its transition to Ethereum. CryptoPotato couldn’t have termed it any better: “Ethereum appears to be emerging as the new asset of choice.”
The Ethereum Spot ETF boom has begun to mirror Bitcoin’s 2024 ETF cycle. Institutions like BlackRock, Fidelity, and Grayscale are loading ETH exposure ahead of the expected end-of-year upside.
CoinCentral expects Ethereum to hit $3,800 by Q3 and $5K by December 2025.
