🪙 How High Will Bitcoin Get This Year?

If you doubted (sheesh) Bitcoin’s surge yesterday, you might want to rethink your reactions. BTC just reached an all-time peak today.

With Bitcoin coming through like a freight train, prediction markets are anticipating its ultimate potential in 2025. On Kalshi, traders are confident that BTC can reach above $125K.

Polymarket traders are reflecting this sentiment as well. The $120K and $130K price ranges are garnering the most attention.

Manifold’s “Bitcoin $150K in 2025” market is very intriguing. The probability is up to 39% now, and that could further increase in the next few days.

By “bringing on board another wave of momentum investors”, Bitcoin is recording all-time highs across the board.

Bitcoin broke through $118K after a sharp rally on Friday. Last July 7th, Standard Chartered anticipated that BTC would surge 25% this quarter, reaching $135K, with a bullish year-end forecast of $200K.

Changelly’s model takes it even further. It predicts that BTC will hit $125K by tomorrow (July 12).

Bullish, bullish note on almost every corner.

Today marks Superman’s opening day, and the early indicators are promising.

Superman in overall previews is clocking $21M+ (including Amazon Prime screenings). That’s a record for James Gunn and the best so far in 2025.

As such, traders are predicting the movie’s sales on its opening weekend. Polymarket traders are bullish on Superman’s returns.

Manifold traders also give Superman an 82% chance of grossing above $120K.

🗣️ What Are the Critics Saying?

Oh, the critics are lovin’ it.

Superman debuts with a 96% on Rotten Tomatoes, with a strong 86% Tomatometer. This is fueling positive anticipation, which is always a positive thing heading into a movie’s first weekend.

Movie critic Nandini Ramnath says that Superman is a “showcase for Gunn’s talent”. Breeze Riley also mentions that Gunn’s first official DC Universe movie features “pitch-perfect casting”.
